Applying for a Community Match scheme
To apply for Community Match please follow the below steps:
- Read the Community Match scope document.
- Undertake a speed or pedestrian survey if your proposed scheme is speed or traffic related. Email transport.monitoring@eastsussex.gov.uk for more information.
- Undertake public consultation to support your application.
- Submit a Community Match Appraisal application along with evidence of public consultation.
- East Sussex County Council may request further information to support your application.
- Complete the Community Match funding application.
- If approved, we will send you a Community Match Funding Contract to sign and return.
- Your scheme will then be presented at Lead Member (in June or December) for approval.
