To place items on or make changes to the highway, you will require permission and a licence. You can now apply for most highways licences and track the progress of your applications using our online system. On first application you will need to create a customer account. If you are a business, you can add multiple users to your one account. This will allow you to:
- view all pending/active and expired licences within your account.
- upload your Public Liability documents to your account annually as the system will hold the expiry dates.
- apply for multiple licences and pay upon check-out at the end.
Payments
Payments must be made on application or when contacted. Licences will not be issued without payment being received.
Payments made via our on line system may not process due to ‘pop ups blocked’ being auto enabled on your device. Should your payment become delayed in the system and show as ‘processing, please wait’ you will need to access the settings in your device and disable the ‘pop up block’ in order to proceed within the secure payment page. You may then enable ‘pop ups block’ again should you wish.
Fees
