Hoarding licence terms and conditions

Please read the below terms and conditions before completing the hoarding application:

I understand that this is an application only and that its submission by me does not confer permission to place Hoarding on the highway.
1. I agree to make good any damage caused to the highway by the erection of the Hoarding, to the satisfaction of the Highway Authority and I will guarantee these repairs for two years.
2. I agree to fully and completely release and indemnify the Council from and against all actions suits, claims, costs, expenses, damages and demands whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Hoarding.
3. I have the required £10 million public liability insurance to cover any such claim by the authority and/or the public. 
4. I agree to pay the applicable costs set out by East Sussex Highways, prior to the licence being processed. This fee isnon-refundable once the licence has been issued.
