Major Projects and Growth
The Major Projects and Growth team are responsible for:
- The development and delivery of larger scale East Sussex led transport schemes, including managing major scheme business case/bid development, as well as providing project and programme management support across the service
- The management and monitoring of the various regional Local Enterprise Partnership and Government managed growth funded programmes, such as Local Growth Fund, Growing Places Fund, Getting Building Fund, Community Renewal Fund; and • the funding programme and work in the identification and prioritisation of new projects with external delivery partners.
