Complaints
If you have complaint about the highways service, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0345 60 80 193 and inform one of our trained advisors of the nature of the issue. Our Customer Service Advisor will take all your details as well as the details of your complaint and look to address your concerns. If you are not satisfied with this initial response, you can ask for the matter to be escalated to our Stakeholder Liaison Officer.
If you remain dissatisfied with the response you receive from our Stakeholder Liaison Officer, your complaint can be escalated to East Sussex County Council's Corporate Complaints team. Please note they will only investigate complaints which have gone through the East Sussex Highways complaint process with our Stakeholder Liaison Officer, as noted above.
Consultations
You can give us your views on proposed improvement projects that require a Traffic Regulation Order via our Consultation Hub. These can be where we change the speed limit, improve accessibility, change the layout of the highway, or install new restrictions.
