January's social impact:
We've recently teamed up with the Heathfield Youth Hub and Groundwork South to assess outdoor improvements and plan activity sessions for NEET students at Heathfield Community College, introducing them to careers in highways and sustainability.
For staff, a dedicated Wellbeing Focus Day brought in local support organisations Change Grow Live and One You East Sussex to raise awareness around drug and alcohol support. A lunch‑and‑learn session helped managers and supervisors better understand how to support staff, supply chain partners, and their families.
