Before you get started
Please be aware there is no automatic entitlement to compensation and very few claims are successful. While incidents do occur on the Highway, very few are attributable to negligence on part of East Sussex Highways and will therefore be declined.
Once your claim is received by the claims team, we will formally acknowledge your claim within 10 business days. We work through claims in date order.
We will review the information you have provided against our own records and let you know the outcome of your claim within 40 business days.
